We hope you’re happy with your Avanti purchase, if you decide it isn’t right for you, you can return or exchange unwanted items within 28 days of purchase. Items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact) this includes flat packed furniture items, which must arrive back in the state they were delivered
- Have proof of purchase such as receipt or order confirmation
- Buyers are liable for return shipping costs if applicable

If there are any problems with your order which are out of your hands, such as damages, manufacturing faults or discrepancies then we will take full responsibility for a return to us.
Please report any issues to us within 24 hours of you receiving the goods.
This is in order to ensure that we can replace or refund.
In most cases, we will ask that you forward on imagery of any damages or faults via email, with your order reference number – this allows us to quickly resolve any issues.
Please note, when damages occur we will first offer a full replacement
We only offer refunds if replacement can not be provided.
Damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence is not covered under our returns policy and refunds cannot be given if these terms are breached.
